1. Prioritize Golden Hour for Mehendi Details

The Mehendi ceremony is a detail-driven event—the artistry on your hands and feet must be captured in stunning clarity.

The Lighting Key : Natural light is always superior for close - up detail shots of the henna art. We strongly recommend scheduling the application during the golden hour (the hour before sunset) if possible, or nearlarge windows. Soft, warm light brings out the intricate texture and color of the Mehendi beautifully.
The Focal Shot : While the application is happening, ensure your photographer captures plenty of candid, in-the-moment shots : your expression ,the laughter with your brides maids, and the reactions of family members admiringthe designs. The Color Challenge : We work closely with your event decorator and lighting vendor. While deep red and blue stage lights look great live, they can be difficult to photograph. Communicate with your vendors to include softer spotlightson the performers' faces and avoid overly harsh, saturated single-color washes.This ensures your Sangeet Videography is vibrant, but clear.

3. Communicate Your "Must-Capture" Guest List

In a multi-day event, especially with hundreds of guests, it's easy to miss key relatives who may only be present for the pre - wedding functions.

The VIP List : Provide your photographer with a short list of 10-15 VIPs (grandparents, specific cousins who flew in, etc.) and let us know which day they will be present.
